To complement dancing and all round keeping fit and toned in a fun way Deirdre has developed    BELLY-FIT!

 

Get fit using some of the oldest dance moves in a fun new format. Belly-Fit will give you instruction on some core belly dance moves to some great music and leave you toned, build up your stamina and leave you with a smile and a glow!

Come along and wear comfortable work-out or dance wear to tune-up and work that body!

This class can be a one-off workshop or a series of classes. They can be aimed at the complete beginner for fitness or tailored for dancers looking to tone up, increase muscle tone and stamina.
