Neil and I are over the moon to let the world know about the arrival of Aimee - born at 12.04pm on Sunday 19th April at a healthy 8lbs and 9oz.
What a gift worth waiting for and relatively straightforward when the time came when you have a great birth partner, music on hand and some good yoga breathing!
From the moment you could first move
you wriggled and
waggled your way around your
inside your mothers womb
you circled around
and around again
trembling forward
then backward
picking up the tempo
with wings on your little feet
you swung wide
first this way then
back the other way
always buzzing
quivering with anticipation of
bursting out ready
to busy yourself on
the dance floor of life
